We are currently recruiting an organised, detail-oriented Examinations Officer to join our client\’s dedicated SEN secondary school. This is a key role within a busy and supportive team, ensuring that the examination process runs smoothly and efficiently across the school.

About the Role:

As the Examinations Officer, you will play a central part in managing all aspects of the examination cycle. Your responsibilities will include coordinating exam entries, maintaining accurate records, creating exam timetables, and ensuring that all exams are conducted in accordance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with Exam Boards, students, and internal staff to ensure clear communication and a well-organised process. In addition, you will oversee other staff members involved in the delivery of examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process examination entries using the school\’s computerised systems
  • Prepare, manage, and distribute examination timetables
  • Supervise exams and ensure compliance with relevant procedures and policies
  • Act as the key liaison between Exam Boards, students, and school staff
  • Oversee and support staff involved in exam administration and invigilation

  • Able to drive to Gravesend
