Prospero Teaching is seeking a calm, reliable 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 pupil who requires non-verbal communication and tailored supervision in a primary setting in Hornchurch.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the class teacher, provide consistent support, monitor progress and behaviour, and help implement personalised learning plans.
The role is full-time, long-term with potential to become permanent, starting as soon as possible.
