Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with experience supporting children with special educational needs? We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants with personal care experience to join a warm, welcoming SEN school in the Braintree area. Responsibilities
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, learning difficulties, and complex needs
- Assist with personal care tasks (when necessary)
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning plans

- Build strong relationships with pupils, encouraging their independence and development
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an SEN setting or with children/adults with additional needs
- Confidence and experience with personal care (e.g. toileting, feeding, hygiene support)
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
