Person Specification
The successful candidate will have:
- QTS, QTLS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- PGCE, SCITT, Teach First or an equivalent route into teaching.
- Excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for PE.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- The ability to engage, motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
- A commitment to achieving high standards and positive outcomes for young people.
