We are seeking an exceptional and inspiring Head of Pre-School to lead our thriving Early Years provision at a well-established independent school in West Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to shape and develop a high-quality, nurturing environment where children aged 2-4 flourish through curiosity, creativity and care.

The Role

  • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Pre-School
  • Lead, motivate and support a dedicated Early Years team
  • Ensure outstanding standards of teaching, learning and pastoral care
  • Deliver a rich, play-based curriculum aligned with EYFS principles
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers and the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 3 minimum; degree preferred)
  • Proven leadership experience within an Early Years setting
