We are seeking an exceptional and inspiring Head of Pre-School to lead our thriving Early Years provision at a well-established independent school in West Essex. The Role
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Pre-School
- Lead, motivate and support a dedicated Early Years team
- Ensure outstanding standards of teaching, learning and pastoral care
