Prospero Teaching are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work in a local school in Braintree, starting after Easter. We are looking for an individual who has strong behaviour management skills and is passionate about supporting children on a 1:1 basis.
CONTRACT DETAILS
- Location - Braintree
- Position - 1:1 Teaching Assistant
- Start date - After Easter
- Full time/part-time - Full time
- Minimum rate of pay - £100 - £110 per day (depending on experience)
- Hours - Monday to Friday, 08:15am - 15:45pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a UK school setting
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child-related references
