Prospero Teaching are seeking a committed Full-Time Primary Teacher to join a supportive Alternative Provision setting in Wickford, starting immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a resilient and passionate teacher who is confident supporting students with behavioural needs in a smaller class environment. The school provides a nurturing, structured setting for pupils who have been removed from mainstream education. They are looking for a teacher who can build strong relationships, manage challenging behaviour effectively, and create engaging learning experiences that help students re-engage with their education.

- Minimum rate of pay - Minimum £110 per day - Depending on experience
- Hours - 8:00 am - 15:30 pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience working with behavioural needs or in an Alternative Provision (desirable)
- Recent experience in a UK primary school or similar setting
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child-related references
