Are you passionate about transforming the lives of young people who thrive with a more personalised, alternative approach to education? This forward-thinking Alternative Provision in Harlow is seeking two committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dynamic team.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, behavioural needs, ASD, ADHD, and other SEND profiles
- Work closely with specialist teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff
- Support students in 1:1 and small-group learning settings
- Help create an engaging, safe, and nurturing environment where every learner can succeed
- Assist with behaviour regulation, emotional support, and positive relationship building
- Contribute to creative, hands-on learning activities that form part of a personalised curriculum
