SEN Teaching Assistants - Vibrant & Dynamic Alternative Provision

Location: Harlow, Essex

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, behavioural needs, ASD, ADHD, and other SEND profiles
  • Work closely with specialist teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff
  • Support students in 1:1 and small-group learning settings
  • Help create an engaging, safe, and nurturing environment where every learner can succeed
  • Assist with behaviour regulation, emotional support, and positive relationship building
  • Contribute to creative, hands-on learning activities that form part of a personalised curriculum
