We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our friendly, supportive team at our well-established nursery in Harlow.

The Role
- Lead and inspire a team within your room
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Ensure children's learning and development is well supported and monitored
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
- Support and mentor practitioners to achieve their best
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
