2 ESOL Lecturers in Hillingdon – 1 Part Time, 1 Full Time

Both Positions are Permanant where 1 is part time and the other is full time

The Role

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled ESOL Lecturer to join our dedicated team. You will deliver engaging and effective English language programmes to learners aged 16+ from diverse backgrounds, helping them gain essential language, numeracy, digital, and vocational skills for life, work, or further study.
  • You will be expected to teach across a range of ESOL courses and contribute to the development of embedded curricula, while also supporting learners wider personal and academic development.

    About You
    To be successful, you will have:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant vocational subject.
  • An approved English Language Specialist Teaching qualification (minimum CELTA / CertTESOL).
  • Experience of teaching ESOL, preferably within a Further Education (FE) setting.
  • The ability to deliver Numeracy (Entry to Level 1) or Essential Digital Skills/vocational content to ESOL learners.
  • A recognised Level 5 teaching qualification ( DET, PGCE), or a commitment to working towards it – with full support from the College.
