About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated English graduates to support pupils across KS3-KS5, helping to raise attainment and promote a love of literacy. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers, support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, and make a real difference in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support teaching and learning across English and literacy-based subjects
· Assist students with varying abilities, including those with SEN or EAL needs
