English and Maths Tutor

The opportunity:

We are looking for Tutors to provide support to students on a 1:1 basis to start ASAP using a nurturing approach to support students out of mainstream education.

The Tutor will support with mostly core subjects (Mathematics and English).

You will be a vital part of their development so the ideal candidate will have a patient and empathetic attitude.

To be eligible for this role you must:

• Hold the right to work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional references covering 2 years

Qualifications needed:

• QTS / PGCE or equivalent- ideal but not essential
• Relevant teaching experience
• Be creative and patient
