We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a thriving and supportive school community in Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to begin their teaching career in a well-resourced, forward-thinking environment. As a Teacher of English, you will play a key role in inspiring and engaging pupils through creative and inclusive teaching. Key Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs
- Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes progress and wellbeing
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support
- Collaborating with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure each child reaches their full potential
- Contributing to school life through involvement in extracurricular activities and initiatives
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT with placement experience
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and child development
- Be confident in behaviour management and classroom organisation
