Prospero Teaching are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Provisions to join a well‑established Alternative Provision/PRU in Ipswich from September. This is a full‑time, permanent leadership opportunity for someone passionate about transforming outcomes for young people who require additional behavioural, emotional, or educational support.
The successful candidate will lead the provision, oversee staff, ensure high‑quality teaching and learning, and help shape a supportive, structured environment where students can re‑engage with education.
