We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Exams Officer to join our team at a leading Further Education College in Norwich. This is a pivotal role ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of all examinations within the college, maintaining compliance with awarding body regulations, and supporting students and staff throughout the exam process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the examination process, including timetabling, room allocation, and invigilation.
  • Ensure compliance with JCQ and awarding body requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage secure storage of exam papers and materials.
  • Liaise with teaching staff, students, and external bodies to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Oversee the recruitment and training of invigilators.
  • Handle special arrangements for students with additional needs.

Requirements
