Secondary Teaching Assistant - Eastleigh Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to support students in secondary schools across the Eastleigh area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education who enjoys helping young people develop confidence, engage with learning, and achieve their full potential. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will provide classroom support and assist students who may require additional guidance with their learning, organisation, confidence, or behaviour. Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis or through small‑group interventions, depending on the needs of the school. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience within secondary education while making a positive impact on students' development.
