Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference during a child\’s most important developmental stage?

We are working with a warm and welcoming primary school that supports children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The setting provides a nurturing, play-based learning environment where children are encouraged to develop socially, emotionally, and academically. Some children may have additional learning needs or SEN, giving you the opportunity to provide meaningful support tailored to individual needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and play a key role in helping young children build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support children\’s learning through play-based and structured activities.
* Work with children on a 1:1 or small-group basis where required.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering EYFS-focused learning activities.
* Support children with SEN or additional needs as required.
* Promote positive behaviour, emotional development, and social skills.
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive early years environment.Requirements:

Experience working with children in an Early Years, nursery, or school setting is desirable.
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A willingness to support children with SEN or additional needs.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children\’s wellbeing and development.TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:
