Ideal candidates will have experience in educational settings and be ready to lead interventions and cover classes. Key Responsibilities: Classroom Support: Assist the teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum and keep students engaged. Cover Classes: Manage the classroom during a teacher's absence. Interventions: Lead small and large group activities in literacy and numeracy. Behaviour Management: Promote positive behaviour and address any issues. Communication: Share insights on student progress with teachers and parents.
