What the role involves:

  • Supporting children aged 0-5 with learning, play and development
  • Creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment
  • Working closely with teachers and practitioners to deliver EYFS provision
  • Helping with observations, activities and daily routines
  • Building positive relationships with children, staff and families

What we're looking for:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred)
  • Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting
  • A positive, patient and energetic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability and a genuine passion for early years education
