As an EAL Tutor, you will provide 1:1 support to pupils who require additional guidance to develop their English language skills.
You will plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons both in person and online that build confidence, improve communication, and support each learner s individual needs.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced EAL (English as an Additional Language) Tutor or Teacher looking to deliver personalised tuition in a flexible learning environment.
Many of these pupils may have been out of education for some time or require additional English language support, so confidence levels may be low.
It will be your responsibility to engage learners, build positive relationships, and help them make measurable progress through face-to-face and online tuition, depending on the learner s needs.
Prospero Teaching will work closely with you to monitor each pupil s progress and provide ongoing support to ensure successful outcomes.
