Join Our Team - Support Multilingual Learners to Thrive

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers and In-Class Support Staff to work with students who use English as an Additional Language (EAL). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational experience of learners from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. We are particularly interested in candidates who can support or speak the following languages:

  • Polish
  • Ukrainian
  • Urdu
  • Hindi
  • Arabic
  • Bengali
  • Farsi / Dari / Persian

Roles Available

EAL Teachers

You will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to EAL learners
  • Assess student language development and adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Support students in developing English proficiency across all curriculum areas
  • Work collaboratively with mainstream teachers and support staff
In-Class Support (Teaching Assistants / Language Support Workers)

You will:

  • Provide in-class support to EAL students
  • Assist with translation and communication where appropriate
  • Help students access the curriculum and engage fully in lessons
  • Support social integration and wellbeing

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people (preferably in an educational setting)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in one or more of the listed languages (highly desirable)
  • For teaching roles: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Cultural awareness and a commitment to inclusive education
