About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate KS2 SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Halifax. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to KS2 pupils with a range of SEN needs, ensuring inclusive and accessible learning.
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor progress to meet each child's unique requirements.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support and maintain effective communication.

- Assess and report on pupil progress in line with school policies, contributing to continuous improvement and development.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
