Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to work within welcoming early years settings. The Role

  • Support children's learning and development through play-based activities
  • Create a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
  • Encourage children's social, emotional, and communication development
  • Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Observe, monitor, and record children's progress
  • Support children's personal care needs where required
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable)
  • Have previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or similar setting
