We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Headteacher to join our dynamic leadership team in Bromley. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the pastoral care of students, ensuring that systems of support are in place to foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to implement school policies and contribute to whole-school development.
  • Take a strategic approach to student wellbeing, mental health, and behaviour, providing strong guidance to staff and students.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve student engagement, attendance, and achievement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support students.
  • Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to staff, particularly in relation to pastoral responsibilities.
