The Role:

• Support the strategic leadership and development of the English department
• Drive high standards in teaching, learning, and curriculum planning
• Mentor and support staff, contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking team
• Deliver consistently high-quality lessons across KS3-KS5
• Play a key role in raising attainment and enriching the English curriculum
