Prospero Teaching is working with a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools across West London. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support students across a variety of subjects.

Role Details
- Location: West London
- Position: Cover Supervisor
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Long-term, with the potential for a permanent contract
- Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
- Hours: Full-time only (8:30am - 4:00pm)
- Pay: From GBP100 per day (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and supervise classes in the absence of the classroom teacher.
- Support students of all abilities, including those with EAL (English as an Additional Language) and SEN (Special Educational Needs).
- Lead intervention sessions and small group activities to help pupils achieve their full potential.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Assist with extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community where appropriate.
Experience, Training and Qualifications
- Previous experience working in education is not essential.
- A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their learning.
- Safeguarding training completed within the last 12 months is desirable but not essential.
To Be Eligible for This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must
- Have the Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
- Provide two professional references.
