Job description

Cover Supervisor

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to work across a range of mainstream and SEN primary and secondary schools in and around the Salisbury area. This role involves supervising classes and delivering pre-prepared lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students in the absence of the regular teacher.

Contract Details:
* Location – Salisbury, Wiltshire
* Position – Cover Supervisor
* Type of work – Covering lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Start date – ASAP
* Contract type – Temporary
* Duration – Ongoing
* Full time/part time – Full time or ad-hoc
* Pay rate – Β£120 to Β£150 per day
* Hours – 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Experience, Training and Qualifications:
* A degree is preferred but not essential
* At least one year of experience working with young people
* Up-to-date safeguarding training completed within the last year (we can provide this if needed)

Eligibility:
* Right to work in the UK
* An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Ability to provide two professional references related to working with children
