Prospero Teaching are recruiting a compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND school in RM3 from September 2026. You will support pupils with complex needs, helping them access learning and develop independence in a safe, caring environment.
You will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with personal care when needed, and work with teachers and therapists to implement EHCP targets and behaviour strategies. Excellent teamwork and patience are essential.
