Prospero Teaching in Colchester is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils with SEN in a busy classroom.

The role begins 01/09/2026 and is full-time, with Monday to Friday hours from 08:30 to 15:30 and a 30-minute unpaid break.

The successful candidate will have classroom experience, be comfortable managing challenging behaviour, and be eligible to work in the UK with an enhanced DBS.

Prospero Teaching offers CPD and ongoing support.
