Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated ECT Primary Teacher to join a warm, supportive primary school in Colchester, starting ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a nurturing environment with strong mentorship, structured induction support, and ongoing professional development.
The school is looking for a passionate practitioner with effective behaviour management skills and a genuine desire to inspire young learners.
CONTRACT DETAILS- Location - Colchester
- Position - ECT Primary Teacher

- Duration - Ongoing / Long-term
- Full time/part-time - Full time
- Minimum rate of pay - From £125 per day
- Hours - 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
- PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification
- Recent experience in a UK primary school (placements accepted for ECTs)
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
- Provide two professional child-related references
