We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Business Studies to join our thriving secondary school near Braintree from September. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT to begin their teaching career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, with a strong commitment to professional development and high-quality teaching and learning.

The Role

  • Teaching Business Studies across KS4, with opportunities to teach KS5 for the right candidate
  • Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress in line with school policies
  • Contributing positively to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate

  • A qualified teacher (or trainee) with QTS or on track to achieve it
  • A passion for Business Studies and a commitment to inspiring young people
