Prospero Teaching are seeking a passionate and confident Year 5 teacher to join our client primary school in Chichester!
Start Date: January 2026
Contract Type: 1 – 2 Terms with potential to go permanent
Salary: From £150 per day – Please discuss with consultant
Hours: 08:00am – 16:00pm (subject to variation)
Your Role
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning
- Adapting your teaching to meet the needs of all learners and support their progress
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that nurtures resilience and self-belief
- Tracking pupil progress and tailoring your approach to ensure every child thrives
- Working closely with colleagues, families, and external professionals to support outcomes
- Setting high expectations for behaviour, learning, and personal growth
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching KS2 is ideal, but not essential
- A commitment to professional development and a passion for making a difference
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply – mentoring and support are available
