Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive school in Chelmsford, starting ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping pupils with their learning, confidence, and classroom engagement.

CONTRACT DETAILS- Location - Chelmsford
- Position - Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
- Type of work - Classroom support & 1:1/Small-group assistance
- Start date - ASAP
- Duration - Ongoing / Long-term
- Full time/part-time - Full time
- Minimum rate of pay - £100-£120 per day
- Hours - 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
- Understanding of classroom support strategies and differentiation
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, supportive approach to learning
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
- Provide two professional child-related references
