We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our friendly, supportive team at our well-established nursery in Chelmsford.

The Role

  • Lead and inspire a team within your room
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
  • Ensure children's learning and development is well supported and monitored
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
  • Support and mentor practitioners to achieve their best

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
  • Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
