The predicted salary is between 30 - 30 £ per hour.
This role requires a Tutor that holds QTS. Within this role, you must be able to create, plan and deliver 1:1 tailored lessons as a means of alternate education. One of your aims will be to support and re-engage a pupil in their learning, offer structure back into their daily routine, continue their educational development and aid their return to school. Patience is a key attribute as young people may have a prolonged period out of education or may have Social Emotional and Mental Health needs.

Information about the role:
- Ongoing placement, or until the young person returns to school
- Timetable dependent on the young person's needs
- GBP30 per hour
- Full time or part time hours available
The desired candidate will have:
- Experience tutoring Maths and English on a 1:1 or small group basis
- QTS
- Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box
- Have experience working with challenging behaviour and disengaged pupils
What we need from you:
- Hold a right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to complete a new application
- Provide references to cover the last two years of employment
- The ability to commit to the young person and work for the duration of the placement
