S has experienced disruption in the early stages of learning, which is impacting his ability to fully access the Year 4 Maths curriculum. He requires targeted support focusing on place value and times tables. S is on the SEN register for SEMH but does not have any specific learning difficulties. He would benefit from a tutor who has an understanding of attachment‑related needs and can provide calm, consistent support.
