Prospero Teaching is seeking passionate and proactive Teaching Assistants to support learning in a Carlisle primary school on a full-time basis.

The role involves working with pupils with SEN, 1:1 and in small groups, helping them make progress and build confidence.

You will deliver targeted intervention sessions, adapt to different needs and learning styles, and collaborate closely with Class Teachers.

The role also covers breaktimes and lunchtimes, contributing to a positive, supportive school
