This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, coaches, youth workers, mentors, or anyone with experience supporting young people.
The Role
- Supervise classes during teacher absences
- Deliver pre-set work and lesson instructions
- Maintain positive behaviour and classroom engagement
- Support a safe and productive learning environment
- Provide feedback on student progress and behaviour
We're Looking For
- Degree holders or candidates with relevant youth-based experience
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Confident, adaptable, and professional individuals
- Passion for supporting young people's development
- School, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or youth work experience is beneficial
Working Hours
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Typical hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm
Requirements
- Right to Work in the UK
- Two years of professional references
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Completion of Prospero Teaching compliance checks
