Prospero Teaching are seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Science Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Cambridge from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator looking to contribute to a strong Science department while maintaining a part-time schedule. The school is seeking a practitioner with solid subject knowledge, effective behaviour management, and the ability to inspire learners across KS3 and KS4.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification in Science
  • Recent experience teaching in a UK secondary school
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
  • Provide two professional child-related references
