You will be someone who can quickly learn the context of the setting, adapt your teaching style, and consistently deliver good to outstanding lessons. • Understand behaviour as communication and respond with consistency and empathy
  • Above all, understand the students and know how to reach them

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in SEND or specialist settings
  • Strong understanding of SEND needs and positive behaviour strategies
  • Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching and pastoral care
  • Passion for helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their full potential
