About the Role: As a SEND Teacher, you’ll deliver high quality, personalised teaching within a structured, nurturing environment that enables students with complex needs to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll work within one of five specialist pathways - Inspire, Explore, Nurture, Discover, or Thrive - each with its own bespoke curriculum and learning approach. This is a role for a teacher who understands that progress looks different for every student, and who has the creativity and resilience to meet them where they are.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - experience in a SEND or specialist school setting is highly desirable
  • A deep commitment to inclusive, needs-led teaching and personalised learning
  • Patient, creative, and resilient with high expectations for every student
  • Confident working across a range of complex need profiles and learning styles
  • Strong collaborative skills - comfortable working within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Newly Qualified Teachers with a passion for SEND are warmly encouraged to apply
