I am currently working with an Ofsted 'Outstanding' secondary school based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. They are currently in need of an experienced 1:1 Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant that has experience with special needs or is happy to work with students with ASD, Autism, ADHD and further SEN requirements.
The position is open to SEN TAs that have experience in both primary or secondary as they are transferable skills.

Location: Hertfordshire - Broxbourne
Type of work: Supporting the designated student with complex needs and visual impairment. You will also have to assist the young female student to the toilet, but you will not be doing any actual personal care and you will support and assist during physio sessions.
Contract starting date: September 1st
Contract type: Temporary - you can apply for the permanent role should you be interested once appointed.
Full time/part time: Full time ONLY
Minimum rate of pay: £105 - £115 per day depending on experience
Hours: 8:30am - 3:20pm
Training & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Desirable) - not essential
- A real passion to get into teaching
- Experience working as a teaching assistant / Experience working with a wide range of Special education needs (Desirable but not essential)
- Reliable, Punctual and Committed (Essential)
