Prospero Teaching is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in Bromley secondary schools from Year 7 to 11.
You will work closely with teachers to deliver a broad curriculum and help pupils reach their potential in a caring, inclusive environment.
With a patient, empathetic approach and strong communication, you will support pupils with additional needs, including those with EHCPs, and contribute to positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
