Prospero Teaching is seeking experienced and nurturing Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to work across a variety of nurseries in Bristol. We have flexible opportunities available on an ad-hoc/supply basis, short-term assignments, long-term placements, and temp-to-perm opportunities. Whether you are looking for occasional shifts to fit around your schedule or a longer-term position, we can offer work to suit your availability.
CONTRACT / POSITION DETAILS
- Location: Bristol
- Position: Nursery Practitioner (Supply)
- Pay: £16-£17 per hour
- Hours: Flexible - Full Days, AM Shifts, and PM Shifts
- Contract Types: Ad-hoc, Short-Term, Long-Term, and Temp-to-Perm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Level 3 Early Years / Childcare Qualification (or equivalent)
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development
- Ability to support children's learning, development, play, and wellbeing
- A caring, patient, reliable, and professional approach
Safeguarding training is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Child Barred List Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one
- Provide two childcare-related professional references covering the last two years
