Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons
- Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning
- Assist pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN where required
- Help manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Prepare classroom resources and maintain a tidy, safe learning environment
- Supervise pupils during break times, lunchtimes, and school activities
