Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, parents, and external professionals The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience working with children or young people with SEN/ASD (preferred but not essential) A calm, empathetic, and flexible approach Strong communication and teamwork skills The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff A genuine passion for supporting additional learning needs
