Prospero Teaching are seeking a motivated ECT D&T Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Braintree from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a supportive environment with strong mentorship, a structured induction programme, and ongoing professional development. The school is looking for a passionate practitioner with creativity, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to inspire learners across KS3 and KS4.

- EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification in Design & Technology
- Recent experience in a UK secondary school (placements accepted for ECTs)
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)
- TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
- Provide two professional child-related references
