We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Design & Technology to join our committed and supportive team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT to begin their teaching career in a friendly secondary school with strong behaviour, a collaborative staff body, and a well-established ECT support programme.
About the Role
- Teach Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4 (specialisms welcomed, such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, or Engineering)
- Inspire students through creative, practical, and engaging lessons
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and well‑resourced department
- Contribute to curriculum development as you grow in confidence and experience
