About the Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you will deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development. You will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment while delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred learning in line with the EYFS framework
/n * Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
/n * Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress and development
/n * Support children's communication, language, literacy, and numeracy skills
/n * Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
/n * Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all children, including those with SEND and EAL
/n * Contribute to curriculum planning and wider school initiatives
/n * Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote the wellbeing of all children
/n

About You
/n
/n
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
/n * Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (ECTs are welcome to apply)
/n * Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
/n * Excellent classroom management and communication skills
/n * Passion for delivering creative, play-based learning experiences
/n * Commitment to supporting every child's development and wellbeing
/n * A caring, patient, and collaborative approach to teaching and learning
/n * Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
/n
